Day 195: 2017

Dinner Menu:
  • Gratin de ravioles aux courgettes
  • Salade verte
  • Fromages
  • CarrĂ© de chocolat noir 92%
In 2017 I didn't:

  • Take a five minute cold shower every morning
  • Fast 2 days a week
  • Write a blog every night
  • Do 2x2 mins of plank every morning
  • Wake up at 6 am every weekday
  • Do 50 mins of cycling before breakfast on weekdays
Now I understand why people always think of the past with nostalgia.  I wonder if when I stop all these constraints I will look back to 2018 and marvel at how I was so motivated back then?
